Andrea Dunstan has joined Premier Farnell as HR director or ”chief people officer”, as she will be known at the distributor.
She will report directly to CEO, Laurence Bain.
Dunstan is the founder of HR services company Elevate and before this she was group HR d irector of Wincanton.
“I intend to keep our people at the heart of this company’s evolution as we drive our strategy forward, and Andrea’s appointment reflects this objective,” said Bain.
“I am looking forward to working with the teams across the world to continue to make it a great place to work and build an environment where our people do their best and provide customers with a great experience,” said Dunstan.
Dunstan will be replacing Sandra Campopiano who is leaving Premier Farnell after six years to take up a role with Thomas Cook Group.
